I recently had to
de-register my cordless telephone handset so I
could use it with a new base. After calling
AT&T, they gave me a special code which will
de-register the handset so it can be
re-registered to a new cordless phone base. I am
sharing the code with you to save you time if
you are having this issue. On the handset, press *331734# followed by the [Menu/Select] button. The link between your old base and the handset should now be removed. To register your handset on the new base, simply place the phone on the charging cradle and wait until the phone is synced. & then you’re ready to use your telephone! |
